2020 Pricing

Food Vendor (includes 1 weekend parking pass) - $425.00 ​​

Electricity - $150.00

Level #1 - $550.00 (includes 1 parking pass) This includes construction, remodel, windows, doors, roofs, home improvement, national retailers, satellite providers, backyard recreation,
  landscaping, paid recreation, cell & wireless providers, general merchandise and
  import sales.  

Level #2 - $275.00 (includes 1 parking pass) This includes consulting, insurance, finance, direct sales,
  health & wellness, mortgage, banking, food product sales, desserts/cookie 
  sales, studio photographers.

Level #3 - $150.00 (includes 1 parking pass) This includes handmade crafts, artisans, freelance & 
  scenic photographers, face painting, henna tattoos, balloons, classroom &
  teaching supplies.

Level #4 - $75.00 (includes 1 parking pass) This includes non profits (501c3), churches, governments, 
  fraternal organizations, civic education, consumer awareness, county & state
  agencies, scouting, volunteer agencies, political information.

Level #5 - $275.00 (Includes 1 parking pass) Interactive onsite recreation
(paint ball, climbing wall, zip line etc)

 Level #6 - $75.00 Single Day (Saturday ONLY, Does Not Include Parking Pass) 
Approved by Exec Team; limited space available

Parking Pass
*Vendors have a designated on-site parking lot.
A Parking pass is required for each vehicle to park on-site during the festival.
Pass is good for the whole weekend with in/out privileges.
Single Day Vendors that only need to park for 1 day do not need to purchase a pass.
They will park in the guest parking area and pay the parking team $10 cash for
the 1 day parking on site
Free off site parking is available with shuttle.

No Application will be considered without online payment received.

The only payment option is online through this website. No cash or checks.

Applications must be received by May 15th, 2020.
Food Vendor Applications must be received by December 1, 2019.
Space is limited and first consideration will be given to those who have participated in previous years.

ALL NEW VENDORS: Please include a photo(s) of your item(s) along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you would like your photo(s) returned. If a SASE is not included with your application, your photos will be held and you may claim them at the festival.
